Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is the practice of listening and noticing as you share your unique journey and experiences of God. This Spiritual Practice fosters an awareness of God’s presence in the ordinariness of your life. Spiritual Direction is typically an inward journey supported by two pillar concepts:
How is God’s activity present in your life and what is His invitation to you?
How will you respond to His presence and/or invitation?
This inward journey explores and discovers stirrings, longings, desires, confusions, doubts, fears…the list is unlimited. There is a vulnerability to the process of Spiritual Direction, for as you open up your soul, you are consenting to a God that works mysteriously and does for us what we cannot do for ourselves.
Creating sacred time and space for intentional listening, exploring, and discerning God’s presence and activity in your life.
